Experience of Wu Mianhua in Identifying and Treating Lung Cancer

吴勉华教授指出,肺癌病因为外感六淫、七情怫郁、饮食失调及久病正虚;主要病机为正气亏虚,气滞、血瘀、痰浊、癌毒交阻于肺。根据病因病机,提出补肺健脾、疏肝理气、祛瘀化痰、消癌解毒等治法,以增强机体抗癌力、延长生存时间、改善临床症状、提高生活质量。附医案一则以佐证。

Professor Wu Mianhua points out that the cause of lung cancer is nothing more than six pathogenic factors,seven emotions of internal injury,eating disorders,and long-term illness and deficiency of healthy qi;the main pathogenesis is the deficiency of healthy qi,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,and cancer toxin in the lung.According to the etiology and pathogenesis,the treatment methods such as tonifying the lungs and spleen,soothing the liver and regulating qi,removing stasis and reducing phlegm,eliminating cancer and detoxification were proposed to enhance the body’s anti-cancer power,prolong the survival time,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life,with a medical case attached to verify it.
