循环荷载下煤矸石路基填料动力特性及骨干曲线模型研究

摘要 煤矸石作为煤矿建设和煤炭生产过程中所产生的废弃物,排放量与存储量巨大,将其用作路基填料,可产生较大的经济、社会和环境效益。通过大型动静三轴试验分析了循环荷载作用下煤矸石路基填料的动力特性,并对其骨干曲线的计算模型进行了深入研究。结果表明:循环荷载作用下煤矸石路基填料的骨干曲线并非呈现出良好的双曲线变化规律,试样的动应力随着动应变的增大而增大;随着围压的增加,试样破坏时的动应力与动应变均逐渐增大。基于动力特性试验结果,采用修正的Hardin-Drnevich模型分析了循环荷载作用下煤矸石路基填料的骨干曲线,分析表明:修正的H-D模型能取得更好的效果。在此基础上,建立了考虑围压效应的煤矸石路基填料骨干曲线计算模型。分析了循环荷载下煤矸石路基填料的动强度、动黏聚力等动力参数,求得了基于修正H-D模型的动弹模量计算公式,分析了循环荷载作用下煤矸石试样动弹模量与阻尼比的变化规律。 Coal gangue,as the waste produced in the process of coal mine construction and coal production,has a huge amount of emission and storage.Using coal gangue as subgrade filler can bring great economic,social and environmental benefits.The dynamic behaviors of coal gangue subgrade filler under cyclic loading were analyzed through large-scale dynamic and static triaxial tests,and the calculation model of skeleton curve was deeply studied.The results show that the skeleton curve of coal gangue subgrade filler under cyclic loading does not show a good hyperbolic variation law,and the dynamic stress of the sample increases with the increase of dynamic strain,and with the increase of confining pressure,the dynamic stress and strain increase gradually when the specimen was failed.Moreover,based on the dynamic behaviors test results,the modified Hardin-Drnevich model was used to analyze the skeleton curve of the coal gangue subgrade filler under cyclic loading.The analysis shows that the modified H-D model can achieve better results.On this basis,the calculation model of the skeleton curve of the coal gangue subgrade was established considering the confining pressure effect.Furthermore,the dynamic parameters such as dynamic strength and dynamic cohesion of coal gangue subgrade filler under cyclic loading were analyzed and the calculation formula of dynamic elastic modulus based on modified H-D model was captured.The variation law of dynamic elastic modulus and damping ratio of coal gangue sample under cyclic loading was analyzed.
