中加长输管道工艺设计标准对标分析

Benchmarking analysis on process design standards for longdistance pipelines between China and Canada

近年来中国长输管道实现跨越式发展,与此同时管道标准系统性、先进性以及对安全运行的支撑作用成为研究热点。加拿大是油气管道行业发达国家,在长输管道设计建设、安全运营以及法规标准方面有借鉴价值。分别从地区等级、设计压力/温度、应力载荷、壁厚计算和截断阀室等方面,开展中国与加拿大管道标准对标分析。加拿大管道标准先进性表现在规划发展区按照较高地区等级设计维护、附加载荷应力示例因素、输气管道温度设计原则、较高管道设计系数和阀室间距调整等。加拿大长输管道设计标准的先进理念有助于提高中国长输管道设计建设和运行管理水平。

Recently Chinese long distance pipeline has achieved great development. The system and advancement of pipeline standards and supporting effect on safe operation have become research hotspots. Canada is a developed country in the oil and gas pipeline industry, which has reference value in the design and construction, safe operation and regulations and standards for longdistance pipelines. Carry out benchmarking research on Chinese and Canadian pipeline standards in terms of location class, design pressure & temperature, stress load, wall thickness calculation and block valve station. Its advancement is shown in the design and maintenance of the planned development area according to the higher location class, the example factors of additional load stress, the temperature design principle of gas pipeline, the higher pipeline design factor and the adjustment of valve station spacing. Drawing on the advanced concepts and practical experience of Canadian long-distance pipeline design standards will help improving the design, construction and operation management of long-distance pipelines in China.
