基于光纤动态感知技术在电缆通道在线监控中的研究与实现

摘要 面对大量需管控的施工工地、快速增长的电缆通道长度,仅靠传统的人工巡检模式已无法满足24小时全方位、不间断的监控要求,各类外力损坏、外部人员非法入侵偷盗等偶发性故障日益增多,严重威胁高压电缆的安全运营及电缆通道的有序管理。针对上述问题,对高压电缆通道采用综合监控管理技术,本文基于分布式光纤振动传感系统的理论依据,并结合一起上海中环中心建筑爆破对周边110kV电缆及通道的影响,提出了相应的预防措施。通过建立复杂振动的数学模型,再结合光纤传输振动信号的原理,分析不同类型的振动波形并建立数据库,从而对电缆通道内外的各类外破信号进行全方位监控、智能分析和精确定位并实时报警。现场结果表明,提出的监测方案和应对措施是有效的,成功解决了建筑爆破中电缆防外破的问题。 In the face of a large number of construction sites to be controlled and the rapidly growing length of cable channels, only by the traditional pattern of artificial inspection have been unable to satisfy the requirement of the all-round, 24 hours uninterrupted monitoring, all kinds of external force damage, external personnel illegal invasion of theft, accidental fault growing, a serious threat to the safety operation of high voltage cable and cable channels and orderly management. In view of the above problems, comprehensive monitoring and management technology is adopted for high-voltage cable channels. Based on the theoretical basis of distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system, and combined with the impact of blasting of Central buildings in Shanghai on surrounding 110kV cables and channels, corresponding preventive measures are proposed in this paper. Through the establishment of mathematical model of complex vibration, combined with the principle of vibration signal transmission through optical fiber, analysis of different types of vibration waveform and the establishment of a database, so as to carry out all-round monitoring, intelligent analysis and accurate positioning of all kinds of external broken signals inside and outside the cable channel and real-time alarm. The results show that the proposed monitoring scheme and corresponding measures are effective, which successfully solves the problem of preventing cable from breaking in building blasting.
