新冠病毒感染疫情给人们的生命健康带来伤害,也影响着国家的安全。大学生总体国家安全观培育包括:完善科学知识,增强思想意识,提升实践能力。在后疫情时代,国家安全观培育工作面临着国家、高校和个人三者角色未到位的现实境遇。应对这些难题,需要国家、社会和高校共同发力,加强统筹部署,提升联动效能,强化培育职责,从而实现培育大学生总体国家安全观的赓续发展。

The COVID-19 epidemic has brought harm to people’s life and health, and also affected national security.The cultivation of college students’ overall national security concept includes: improving scientific knowledge, enhancing ideological awareness and enhancing practical ability.In the post-epidemic era, the cultivation of national security concept is faced with the reality that the role of the state, universities and individuals is not fully fulfilled.To deal with these problems, it is necessary for the country, society and universities to make joint efforts, strengthen the overall planning, improve the linkage efficiency, and strengthen the cultivation responsibility, so as to achieve the continuous development of cultivating college students’ overall national security concept.
