Research Progress of Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Complicated with Anxiety and/or Depression by Integrated Medicine

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并焦虑和/或抑郁状态与现代医学的“双心医学”概念契合,可归结于中医学“心病”范畴,而抑郁症和焦虑症都是冠心病重要的危险因素,中医药大多从肝胆、脾、心肾论治,结合其他中西医疗法,可优势互补,为冠心病合并焦虑和/或抑郁状态的治疗提供更多新思路。

Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with anxiety and/or depression conforms to the concept of "psycho-cardiology" in modern medicine, and it could be ascribed to the category of "heart disease" in TCM, however, depression and anxiety are the important risk factors of coronary heart disease, TCM is mostly treated from the liver and gallbladder, spleen, heart and kidney, combining with other traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapies, which could complement each other’s advantages, it could provide more new ideas for the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with anxiety and/or depression.
