摘要
蚕豆因其蛋白质含量高,是人类和动物的重要植物蛋白来源。降水不均和全球气候变暖导致世界各地干旱频发,严重影响蚕豆生长发育并导致其产量下降、品质降低。因此,耐旱蚕豆品种的培育已成为当前亟待解决的问题,而蚕豆耐旱机制的研究尤其是耐旱基因的挖掘将为耐旱品种的培育奠定基础。因此,通过对蚕豆干旱胁迫下形态、生理生化、转录组及蛋白质组变化的研究展开讨论,可为蚕豆抗旱基因鉴定及抗旱遗传育种工作提供理论依据。
Faba bean is consumed worldwide as a plant protein source for humans and animals due to its high protein content.Water deficient from uneven precipitation and global warming is one of the most severe abiotic stresses that significantly impacts plant growth,yield and seed quality of faba bean.It will be an urgent issue to select faba bean varieties with better drought tolerance.Therefore,studying drought tolerance mechanism especially identification of functional genes in faba bean will provide theoretical basis for breeding drought-tolerant varieties.This work aim to provide theoretical support for identifying functional genes response to water deficient and breeding new drought-tolerant faba bean varieties through discussing the morphologic changes,physiological and biochemical changes,transcriptome difference and proteomic difference in faba bean under water deficient.
