摘要
特征香韵烤烟新品种(系)‘中烟特香301’、‘特5’、‘特18’是通过EMS(甲基磺酸乙酯)诱变烤烟品种‘中烟100’所得,具有优异的烟叶品质。为明晰‘中烟特香301’、‘特5’、‘特18’在山东烟区的推广应用价值,本试验以山东烟区主栽品种‘中烟100’为对照品种在山东省日照市莒县与诸城市开展品种比较试验,从大田生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、田间主要病害、经济性状、原烟外观质量及原烟内在质量7个方面分析各品种(系)的性状特点。结果表明,与‘中烟100’相比,两地各品种(系)表现出以下特点:株高略矮、茎围较粗、节距略短、最大叶长较长;大田抗病性较好;总糖与还原糖含量较高,烟碱含量稍低;产量、产值、上等烟比例较高;原烟外观质量较好。综上特征香韵烤烟新品种(系)在山东省日照市和潍坊市具有良好的推广应用价值。
The new flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)with characteristic aroma,’Zhongyantexiang301’,’Te5’and’Te18’that were obtained via EMS(ethyl methane sulfonate)mutation of’Zhongyan100’,which have excellent tobacco leaf quality.In order to clarify the popularization and application value of’Zhongyantexiang301’,’Te5’and’Te18’in Shandong tobacco growing grown areas,variety(line)comparison experiments were carried out in Juxian County,Rizhao City and Zhucheng City with’Zhongyan100’as the control variety multiple traits of each variety(line)were analyzed.In the experiment,the traits of each variety(line)were analyzed from seven aspects:Field growth period,botanical traits,agronomic traits,main field diseases,economic traits,original tobacco appearance quality and original tobacco intrinsic quality.The results showed that compared with’Zhongyan100’,’Zhongyantexiang301’,’Te5’and’Te18’in the two experimental sites showed the following characteristics:Plant height was slightly shorter,stem girth was thicker,node spacing was slightly shorter,and the maximum leaf length was longer;field disease resistance was better;total sugar and reducing sugar content was higher,nicotine content was slightly lower;yield,output value and proportion of superior tobacco were higher;appearance quality of original tobacco leaf was better.In conclusion,the new flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)with characteristic aroma’Zhongyantexiang301’,’Te5’and’Te18’have good application value in Rizhao City and Weifang City of Shandong Province.
