国内外医疗领域SBAR沟通模式研究现状及热点的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of the research status and medical field of SBAR communication at home and abroad

目的 探讨SBAR沟通模式在国内外医疗领域的研究现状及热点,为今后国内开展相关实践及研究提供参考。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库与中国全文期刊数据库中关于SBAR沟通应用医疗领域的研究文献,检索时间为建库至2021年7月13日,利用VOSviewer软件对纳入文献的发表时间、发文机构、期刊和关键词进行提取,并生成高频关键词的聚类网络图。结果 最终纳入文献938篇,其中中文文献834篇,英文文献104篇,国内医疗领域SBAR沟通模式研究热点涉及交接班、转运交接、病情汇报、护理临床带教等;主要应用对象为危重患者、新生儿、护生;主要评价指标为满意度、患者生活质量、不良事件发生率以及评判性思维能力。国外医疗领域SBAR沟通模式研究主要应用范围为临床交接班、转运交接、模拟教学等;主要应用对象为危重患者、新生儿、护生;主要评价指标为各类临床不良事件发生率。结论 SBAR沟通模式应用于医疗领域的相关研究较多,研究领域也在不断拓展,国内该领域的研究质量有待提高,今后可深入探索适合各专科的SBAR沟通模式,加强各机构间的合作,进行多学科、多中心的研究。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontier of the application of SBAR in the medical field at home and abroad, so as to provide references for the future research and practice. Methods The literature on the application of SBAR in the medical field since the establishment of the database to July 13, 2021 was obtained by searching Web of Science and CNKI. And the software VOSviewer was used for visual analysis. The publication time, publication institution, publication journal and keywords were extracted, and the clustering network diagram of high-frequency keywords were generated. Results Total of 938 literature were included in this study, including 834 Chinese literature and 104 English literature. Domestic SBAR research hotspots include handover, condition reporting, nursing clinical teaching, etc.The main application population included critical patients, newborns and nursing students. Moreover, the main evaluation indexes were satisfaction, life quality of patients, incidence of adverse events, and critical thinking ability. The studies outside China mainly covered clinical handover, transport handover, and simulation teaching. The main application objects included critical patients, newborns and nursing students, while the main evaluation index was the incidence of various clinical errors. Conclusion There are a great many related researches on the application of SBAR in the medical field, and the research fields are constantly expanding. However, such research in China needs improving. In the future research, the communication mode of SBAR in various specialties can be deeply explored, and the cooperation among various institutions can be strengthened to conduct the multi-disciplinary and multi-center research.
