临床实习护生职业尊重感现状及影响因素分析

Current situation and influencing factors of job-esteem of nursing students

目的 调查临床实习护生职业尊重感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样法,应用一般资料调查表和职业尊重感量表对南昌市某三甲医院195名护生进行网络问卷调查。结果 研究对象职业尊重感总分为(92.25±16.06)分,条目均分为(3.69±0.64)分;多因素分析结果显示,护生专业选择意愿、学业满意度、实习适应度为职业尊重感水平的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.644,△R^(2)=0.415,F=26.776,P<0.001)。结论 护生职业尊重感受到专业选择意愿、学业满意度和实习适应度的影响,护理教育者及管理者应制定相应对策,以改善执业环境,稳定护理人才储备队伍。

Objective To explore the status quo of clinical nursing students′ job esteem, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Totally 195 nursing students from a grade-three class-A hospital in Nanchang were surveyed using the general information questionnaire and job esteem questionnaire(JEQ). Results The total JEQ score of nursing students was 92.25±16.06, with an average of 3.69±0.64 for each item. The results of multivariate analysis showed that preference for profession, academic satisfaction and internship fitness were independent influencing factors of job esteem level of nursing students(R^(2)=0.644,△R^(2)=0.415,F=26.776,P<0.001). Conclusion The job esteem level of nursing students is affected by their willingness to be nurses, academic satisfaction and internship fitness. Therefore, nursing educators and managers should take measures to improve the professional environment and stabilize the nursing team.
