氯铝酸盐离子液体催化二叔丁基蒽的合成研究

摘要 为将离子液体代替三氟乙酸制备二叔丁基蒽,设计合成了2种Brφnsted酸性磺酸功能化离子液体与3种Lewis酸性氯铝酸盐离子液体,并将其用于蒽与叔丁醇的烷基化反应。研究发现,Brφnsted酸性磺酸功能化离子液体无催化活性,在L酸性氯铝酸盐离子液体存在时反应可以快速进行,且通过控制[Et_(3)NH][Al_(2)Cl_(7)]离子液体用量得到了目标产物二叔丁基蒽,并采用单因素实验对反应温度和时间、原料配比、离子液体用量进行优化,在最佳工艺条件下,蒽的转化率为99.5%,二叔丁基蒽的产率为94.1%,反应效果明显好于传统催化剂三氟乙酸,为工业化应用提供了新思路。 Two Br nsted acidic sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquids and three Lewis acidic aluminochloride ionic liquids were designed and synthesized.These ionic liquids instead of trifluoroacetic acid were used for the alkylation of anthracene with tert butyl alcohol.It was found that Br nsted acidic sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquids had no catalytic activity,but the reaction could be carried out quickly in the presence of L-acid aluminochloride ionic liquids.By controlling the amount of[Et_(3)NH][Al_(2)Cl_(7)]ionic liquid,di-tert-butyl anthracene was prepared successfully.The reaction temperature and time,the raw material ratios and the dosage of ionic liquid were optimized by single factor experiment.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the conversion rate of anthracene was 99.5%,the yield of di-tert-butyl anthracene was 94.1%.The reaction effect was obviously better than that of traditional catalyst trifluoroacetic acid,which provides a new idea for industrial application.
