琼州海峡电动汽车滚装运输安全分析与对策研究

Safety analysis and research on countermeasure for electric vehicle of rolling transportation in Qiongzhou Strait

近年来,滚装船舶载运电动汽车发生过多起海上火灾事故,造成重大财产损失。琼州海峡作为海南省进出岛人员及物资的重要运输通道,每年均有大量各型车辆通过客滚船进行海上运输,其中电动汽车所占的比例在近两年来明显增加,对琼州海峡海上客滚运输安全带来了潜在安全风险。通过对电动汽车滚装运输的安全性进行分析并开展对策研究,提升电动车辆海上滚装运输的本质安全,并提出相应的改进措施。

In recent years,there have been a number of fire accidents at sea involving Roll on-Roll off(RO-RO)ships carrying electric vehicles,resulting in significant property losses.Qiongzhou Strait is an important transportation channel for people and materials passing in and out of Hainan Island.Every year,a large number of vehicles of various types are transported by ROVs,among which the proportion of electric vehicles has increased significantly in the past two years,which brings potential safety risks to the safety of ROVs in Qiongzhou Strait.By analyzing the safety of rolling transportation for electric vehicle and carrying out countermeasures,the essential safety of rolling transportation for electric vehicle at sea is improved,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
