摘要
外浮顶原油储罐火灾事故的处置给消防队伍带来严峻考验,为进一步提升油罐火灾事故应急处置能力,本文通过分析外浮顶原油储罐的火灾特点、火灾事故发生的原因,提出切实可行的灭火处置对策,从而形成一套完整的外浮顶原油储罐应急救援体系。
In order to further improve the emergency disposal capability of oil tank fire accidents,this paper proposes practical fire extinguishing and disposal countermeasures by analyzing the fire characteristics of outer floating top crude oil storage tanks and the causes of fire accidents,So as to form a complete emergency rescue system for external floating roof crude oil tanks.
