子宫脱垂阴式全子宫切除术46例临床探讨

Clinical study of vaginal hysterectomy for uterine prolapse in 46 cases

目的研究阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂患者的效果。方法选取子宫脱垂患者中44例经盆底重建术治疗的患者作为对照组,另选取46例经阴式全子宫切除术治疗的患者作为研究组。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率91.30%高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,排尿时间早于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫脱垂患者采用阴式全子宫切除术治疗可以提升临床效果,促进患者恢复,改善其生活质量,值得推荐。

Objective To study the eff ect of vaginal hysterectomy on patients with uterine prolapse.Methods 44 patients with uterine prolapse who underwent pelvic floor reconstruction were selected as the control group,and 46 patients who underwent vaginal total hysterectomy were selected as the study group.The therapeutic eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results The total eff ective rate of the study group was 91.30%higher than that of the control group(81.82%),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the urination time was earlier than that of the control group,and the life quality score was higher than that of the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vaginal total hysterectomy for patients with uterine prolapse can improve the clinical therapeutic eff ect,promote patient recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
