药物流产中关于米非司酮配伍米索前列醇不同给药途径的作用探讨

Effects of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on medical abortion in different administration routes

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的不同给药途径在药物流产中的作用。方法选取60例均为接受药物流产的健康妇女,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用口服米非司酮与米索前列醇治疗,研究组采用口服米非司酮联合阴道给药米索前列醇治疗。比较两组流产成功率、孕囊排出时间、不良反应发生率、用药后至规律宫缩出现时间、总产程、产后2 h出血量情况。结果研究组流产成功率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕囊排出时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药后至规律宫缩出现时间、总产程均短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服米非司酮联合阴道给药米索前列醇的流产成功率更高,孕囊排出时间更短,且患者不良反应少,用药后至规律宫缩出现时间、总产程均更短,患者在产后2 h的出血量也明显较少。

Objective To investigate the eff ect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on medical abortion in diff erent administration routes.Methods 60 healthy women who received medical abortion were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral mifepristone and misoprostol,while the study group was treated with oral mifepristone combined with vaginal administration of misoprostol.After treatment and intervention,the observation results of the success rate of abortion,the expulse time of gestational sac,the results of the rate of adverse reactions in various treatment and intervention matters,the time from medication to the occurrence of regular contractions,the total labor process,and the postpartum blood loss 2 h were compared between the two groups.Results The successful abortion rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The gestational sac excretion time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of 6.67%in the study group was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The time from using medication to the occurrence of regular contractions and total labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss at 2 h was lower than that in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant separately(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral mifepristone combined with vaginal administration of misoprostol had a higher success rate of abortion,shorter time of gestational sac excretion,fewer adverse reactions in patients,shorter time from using medication to the occurrence of regular contractions,shorter total labor and signifi cantly less blood loss 2 h after delivery.
