拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症的效果分析

Effect analysis of Labelore combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症的临床效果。方法选取80例妊高症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组实施硫酸镁治疗,研究组实施拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压情况、不良妊娠结局及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压水平较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为22.50%,低于对照组的45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为20.00%,与对照组15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高症均能有效控制患者血压水平,在保证用药安全性的前提下,降低不良妊娠风险。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Labelore combined with magnesium sulfate on pregnant hypertension.Methods 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the study group was treated with Labelore combined with magnesium sulfate.Blood pressure,adverse pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),and indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 22.50%,which was lower than 45.00%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 20.00%,which was not statistically signifi cant compared with 15.00% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Labelore combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can eff ectively control the blood pressure of patients,and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy on the premise of ensuring the safety of medication.
