中西医结合治疗慢性妇科炎症的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on chronic gynecological infl ammation

目的研究中西医结合治疗慢性妇科炎症的临床效果。方法选取90例慢性妇科炎症患者,按照随机数字分配样本法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组患者采用中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者经期恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))及白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性妇科炎症的临床效果显著,可缩短患者经期恢复时间,改善炎症指标,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on chronic gynecological infl ammation.Methods 90 patients with chronic gynecological inflammation were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number allocation sample method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results The total eff ective rate was 95.56% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The period recovery time in the study group was signifi cantly shorter than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gynecological infl ammation has remarkable clinical eff ect,which can shorten the recovery time of patients'menstrual period,improve infl ammatory indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
