马来酸麦角新碱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果

Effect of ergotrine maleate combined with carprost amine triol on postpartum hemorrhage after uterine fatigue

目的研究马来酸麦角新碱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法选取30例阴道分娩的产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组15例。对照组给予马来酸麦角新碱治疗,研究组给予马来酸麦角新碱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产妇治疗效果、产后出血量、凝血功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后2 h、12 h与24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组产妇PT、APTT均短于对照组,FIB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇对宫缩乏力性产后出血具有较高的预防与治疗价值,能够减少产妇产后的出血量,并改善凝血功能,且不会增加药物的不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of ergotrine maleate combined with carprost amine triol on postpartum hemorrhage after uterine weakness.Methods 30 cases of vaginal delivery were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ergotrine maleate,while the study group was treated with ergotrine maleate combined with carprost amine triol.The therapeutic eff ect,postpartum blood loss,coagulation function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss of 2 h,12 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no signifi cant diff erences in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PT and APTT in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and FIB level was higher than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ergotrine maleate combined with carprost amine triol has a high value in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue,which can reduce postpartum bleeding and improve coagulation function without increasing adverse drug reactions,so it is worth promoting.
