消炎方内服合并外敷治疗IVF-ET前顽固性宫腔积液28例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 28 cases of obstinate uterine effusion before IVF-ET treated by internal administration and external application of Xiaoyan prescription

目的分析消炎方内服合并外敷治疗体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)前顽固性宫腔积液的安全性和临床疗效。方法选取28例行IVF-ET前顽固性宫腔积液患者,观察治疗效果。结果28例患者中16例治愈,7例有效,5例无效,治疗总有效率为82%。结论消炎方内服合并外敷治疗IVF-ET前顽固性宫腔积液临床效果显著,对患者造成的损伤较小,且安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the safety and clinical efficacy of internal administration and external application of Xiaoyan prescription on refractory uterine effusion before IVF-ET.Methods 28 patients with pre-IVF-ET refractory effusion were selected to observe the therapeutic effect.Results Among the 28 patients,16 were cured,7 were effective,and 5 were ineff ective.The total effective rate was 82%.Conclusion The combination of internal administration and external application of Xiaoyan prescription in the treatment of intractable uterine effusion before IVF-ET has significant clinical effect,causing less damage to patients,and is safe and reliable.
