加味苍附导痰汤联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚痰湿型月经过少的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Jiawei Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint application on hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness

目的观察加味苍附导痰汤结合穴位贴敷治疗月经过少(肾虚痰湿型)患者的临床效果。方法选取60例证属肾虚痰湿型月经过少患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯中药汤剂治疗,研究组采用中药汤剂联合穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度(EM)及血清雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平及临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率92.9%(26/28)高于对照组的82.1%(23/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组EM及中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味苍附导痰汤结合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚痰湿型月经过少疗效显著,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint application on hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Methods 60 cases of hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction alone,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupoint application for 3 consecutive courses.The TCM syndrome scores,endometrial thickness(EM),serum estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)values and clinical effi cacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 92.9%(26/28),which was higher than 82.1%(23/28)of the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in EM and TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness is significant,safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
