来曲唑联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果分析

Effect analysis of letrozole combined with clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研讨多囊卵巢综合征应用来曲唑联合克罗米芬治疗的效果。方法选取80例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采取克罗米芬治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合来曲唑治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)低于对照组,性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组宫腔容积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的成熟卵泡数多于对照组,成熟卵泡直径长于对照组,排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应均较少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论来曲唑联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果确切,对性激素与子宫内膜也有明显改善作用,有助于提升妊娠率与排卵率,同时不良反应也较少,安全有效。

Objective To study the effect of letrozole+clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene and the study group was treated with letrozole more.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)was higher than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in uterine volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of mature follicles in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the diameter of mature follicles was longer than that in the control group,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than that in the control group separately,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After the combined application of letrozole and clomiphene,the eff ect of polycystic ovary syndrome will be improved,and the sex hormones and endometrium are also signifi cantly improved,which helps to improve the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate.At the same time,the adverse reactions are less,safe and effective.
