人性化护理联合体位护理对硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇出血量及分娩结局的影响

The effect of humanized nursing combined with posture nursing on the amount of blood loss and the outcome of labor in parturient women with epidural analgesia

目的探讨人性化护理联合体位护理对硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇出血量及分娩结局的影响。方法选取60例行硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组产妇采取常规分娩护理,观察组产妇采取人性化护理联合体位护理。比较两组镇痛效果、产程时间、出血量及分娩结局。结果观察组疼痛缓解率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后出血、会阴侧切、新生儿窒息总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总产程时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇实施人性化护理联合体位护理,能起到更好的镇痛效果,缩短产程时间,减少出血量及改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing combined with posture nursing on the amount of blood loss and the outcome of labor in parturients with epidural analgesia.Methods 60 parturients with epidural labor analgesia were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group took routine delivery nursing,observation group took humanized nursing complex nursing.The analgesic effect,labor time,blood loss and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The pain relief rate in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,lateral perineectomy and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total labor time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the blood loss was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing combined with postural nursing can play a better role in analgesia for parturients undergoing epidural labor analgesia,thereby shortening the labor process,reducing the amount of bleeding and improving the delivery outcome.
