磁共振在外展神经麻痹中的应用研究进展

外展神经麻痹(abducens nerve palsy,ANP)是由多种病因导致的以眼球外展运动受限为主要表现的疾病,是临床上最常见的获得性眼运动神经麻痹。常见病因有微血管病变、脑血管疾病、肿瘤、炎症、头部外伤等。磁共振是研究外展神经及其相关病变的最佳影像检查方法。本文着重从外展神经的解剖及外展神经麻痹的常见病因等方面,对外展神经麻痹的磁共振成像方法进行概述。

Abducens nerve palsy(ANP)is a disease caused by a variety of etiologies with limited abduction of the eye as the main manifestation,and is the most common clinically acquired oculomotor nerve palsy.Common causes include microangiopathy,cerebrovascular disease,tumors,inflammation,and head trauma.Magnetic resonance imaging is the best imaging method for abducens nerve and its related diseases.In this article,we focus on the anatomy of the abducens nerve and common etiologies of abducens nerve palsy,and provide an overview of magnetic resonance imaging methods for abducens nerve palsy.
