高职院校康复治疗技术专业课程思政教学团队建设与思考

Construction and thinking of ideological and political teaching team for rehabilitation therapy technology professional courses in higher vocational colleges

为更好贯彻落实习近平总书记指出“办好中国特色社会主义大学,要坚持立德树人,把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入教书育人全过程”的重要思想,构建高职院校专业课程的课程思政教学团队是思政教育创新,推进全过程人才培养的关键举措。以四川护理职业学院康复治疗技术专业为例,依托学院全方位、多层次、宽领域的“大思政”工作格局,紧扣康复治疗技术专业人才培养体系方案及岗位胜任力要求,打造专业课与课程思政“协同并行”的教学团体,深入挖掘专业课思政理念,实现专业课程“隐形思政”教育效果。在《康复技术系课程思政实施方案》指导下,组织成立本课程思政团队,更好地培养“扎根基层,德技兼修”的高素质技能型康复人才。

In order to better implement the important idea pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping that"to run a socialist university with Chinese characteristics well,we must adhere to the cultivation of morality and cultivate people,and integrate the cultivation and practice of socialist core values into the whole process of teaching and educating people".The ideological and political teaching team of professional courses in colleges and universities is a key measure to innovate ideological and political education and promote the training of talents in the whole process.Taking the rehabilitation therapy technology major of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College as an example,relying on the college's all-round,multi-level and wide-ranging"big ideological and political"work pattern,closely following the rehabilitation therapy technology professional personnel training system plan and job competency requirements,to create professional courses and The"coordinated and parallel"teaching group of course ideology and politics deeply excavates the ideological and political concept of professional courses and realizes the"invisible ideological and political"educational effect of professional courses.Under the guidance of the"Ideological and Political Implementation Plan for the Department of Rehabilitation Technology",the ideological and political team of this course was organized to better cultivate high-quality and skilled rehabilitation talents who"take root at the grassroots level and cultivate both morality and skill".
