摘要
随着我国社会老龄化程度的加深,老年护理人才供需矛盾加剧。为了探讨老年护理人才的培养问题,本文从产教融合的视角切入,通过分析我国老年护理人才需求状况、培养体系和产教融合育人模式培养老年护理人才的现状,提出了我国应用型职业教育院承担老年护理人才培养的建议。
With the deepening of aging degree of Chinese society,the contradiction between supply and demand of elderly nursing talents is aggravated.In order to discuss the training problem of elderly nursing talents,this paper from the perspective of production and education integration,by analyzing the elderly nursing talents needs status,training system and the current situation of education and production integration mode for cultivating elderly nursing talents,puts forward suggestions that our country applied vocational education colleges undertake elderly nursing talents training.
