创新能力培养在医学心理学第二课堂中的实践

Practice of cultivating innovative ability in the second class of medical psychology

随着我国现代化医疗卫生事业的迅速发展,新时代医疗卫生需求对当代医疗卫生人才的培养提出了特殊的要求。创新能力是当代医疗卫生人才关键素质要求,培养出具备创新精神、创新思维和创新能力的当代医疗卫生人才,是我国高等医学教育肩负的重要使命。笔者在医学心理学教学过程中利用第二课堂活动,积极探索培养医学生创新能力的方法。本文介绍了利用临床医学五年制本科生医学心理学第二课堂进行创新训练的实践经验,总结分析了知识积累、激发创新精神和创新思维、坚强的毅力三个因素在创新能力培养中的发挥的关键作用。文章进一步讨论了实践过程中的遇到的问题和存在的不足,并提出了改进与完善的具体措施,为探索当代医疗卫生人才创新能力培养提供新的思路。

With the rapid development of modern medical and health services in china,the medical and health needs of the new era make special demands on the training of health professionals.Innovation ability is the key quality requirement of contemporary medical and health professionals.It is an important mission for China's higher medical education to cultivate health professionals with innovative spirit,thinking and ability.We explored ways to cultivate innovative thinking of medical students by medical psychological second classroom.The present article introduces practical experience of innovative training in the second class of medical psychology for clinical medicine five-year undergraduate students,and summarizes and analyzes the key role of knowledge accumulation,stimulating innovative spirit and thinking,and strong perseverance in the cultivation of innovative ability.The present article further discusses the problems and shortcomings encountered in the practice process and put forward solutions.The present article provides a new idea for cultivating innovative ability of contemporary medical and health professionals.
