摘要 以8 207名大学生为研究对象,基于三元交互理论,探索创新支持感知和认知灵活性对大学生创新行为的影响机制,验证创新自我效能感在影响关系中的作用,揭示大学生创新行为发展的内在机制。研究结果表明,创新支持感知和认知灵活性均对大学生创新行为有显著的正向影响;创新自我效能感分别在创新支持感知、认知灵活性与创新行为之间发挥部分中介作用。为推动大学生创新行为发展,高校应营造良好的创新环境,增强大学生的创新支持感知;创新人才培养模式,推动大学生认知灵活性的发展;鼓励大学生树立自信心,提升大学生的创新自我效能感。 Taking 8207 college students as the research objects, based on the ternary interaction theory, this paper explores the influence mechanism of innovation support perception and cognitive flexibility on college students’ innovation behavior, verifies the role of innovation self-efficacy in the influence relationship, and reveals the internal mechanism of the development of college students’ innovation behavior. The results show that both perceived innovation support and cognitive flexibility have a significant positive impact on college students’ innovation behavior;innovation self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between innovation support perception, cognitive flexibility and innovation behavior. In order to promote the development of college students’ innovative behavior, colleges and universities should create a good innovation environment, promote college students’ perception of innovation support,innovate the talent training mode, promote the development of college students’ cognitive flexibility, encourage college students to establish self-confidence and improve their sense of innovative self-efficacy.
