摘要 针对压力装置压力控制的波动可能产生接线端子线材内部芯线断裂或者压制端子不合格的现象,该文设计了一种压力监测系统。通过分析现有生产接线端子装置的生产过程,提出在装置机臂上打孔安装三种不同类型的压力传感器,设计三种调理电路,用STM32主控芯片进行数据处理及A/D转换,将数据发送至上位机,用Python绘制压力波形并进行滤波处理。经测试,设计的压力监测系统可适用于多种场合,通过监测端子生产过程中的压力波动情况,来检测生产的端子是否合格,调整生产设备,指导生产,可有效节约生产成本。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the fluctuation of pressure control of pressure devices may lead to the fracture of the core wire in wiring terminal wire or the unqualified pressing terminal,a pressure monitoring system is designed in this paper. By analyzing the production process of the existing production terminal device,it is proposed to punch holes on the device arm and install three different types of pressure sensors,design three conditioning circuits,use STM32 main control chip for data processing and A/D conversion,send the data to the upper computer,draw the pressure waveform with Python and filter it. After testing,the designed pressure monitoring system can be applied to a variety of occasions.By monitoring the pressure fluctuation in the process of terminal production,it can detect whether the produced terminals are qualified,adjust the production equipment and guide the production,which can effectively save the production cost.
