基于混合式教学的小组竞赛教学法在临床实践教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于混合式教学的小组竞赛教学法在临床实践教学中的效果。方法选取重庆医科大学2018级康复治疗学专业学生68名,在2020~2021学年第二学期的物理治疗学课程中选取一章节作为实验章节进行基于混合式教学的小组竞赛教学法,选取2017级学生70名在2019~2020学年第二学期针对相同章节行常规混合教学,比较学生在两种教学方法下课堂参与度、知识掌握程度,以及岗位胜任力的差异。结果实验组课程参与表现总分(8.13±1.11)分高于对照组(5.71±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.15,P<0.05)。实验组的知识技能掌握程度,以及实习阶段的岗位胜任力得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=13.46、11.81,P均<0.05)。结论基于混合式教学的小组竞赛教学法能更大限度调动学生学习热情,提高临床实践中团队协作能力和岗位胜任力。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of group competition teaching method based on blended teach⁃ing in clinical practice teaching.Methods Totally 68 rehabilitation therapy students in grade 2018 of Chongqing Medi⁃cal University were selected.One chapter was selected as the experimental course to carry out the blended teaching com⁃bined with group competition teaching from Physiotherapy in the second semester 2020-2021 academic year.In the sec⁃ond semester of the 2019-2020 academic year,70 students of grade 2017 were selected routine bended teaching of the same chapter.The differences of students'participation in the classroom,knowledge mastery and job competency were ana⁃lyzed compared with blended teaching.Results The total score of students'participation in the experimental group was(8.13±1.11),which was higher than that in the control group(5.71±1.23),the difference was statistically significant(t=12.15,P<0.05).The mastery of knowledge and skills in the experimental group and the score of the post competency test chapter in the internship stage were higher than those in the control group(t=13.46,11.81,P<0.05).Conclusion The group competition teaching method based on blended teaching can maximize the enthusiasm of students to learn and improve the teamwork and job competence in clinical practice.
