摘要
山区性流域城镇和乡村分布在河流沿岸狭长地带,洪水具有突发性强、破坏力大等特点。山区性流域洪水分析模拟、洪水风险快速评估技术的应用,对流域防洪规划、防洪工程设计及防洪预警、避险转移等都具有重要意义。为此,研究选取浙江省瓯江流域中游段为对象,通过水文分析、一二维水动力模型构建、设计洪水情景模拟及洪水风险评估等,分析瓯江中游青田段洪水淹没及风险。研究成果为山区性流域洪水模拟及风险评估、防灾减灾工作提供一定技术参考。
The towns and villages in mountainous basins are often located along narrow floodplains of the rivers.Therefore,the mountain river floods often occur in a very short time and cause severe damages.The application of flood analysis simulation and rapid flood risk assessment technology in mountain river basins is of great significance to flood control planning,engineering design,early warning and emergency management.The middle reaches of Oujiang River Basin in Zhejiang Province is selected as a case study to analyze the flood risks of the Qingtian section of the middle reaches through hydrological analysis,1D-2D hydrodynamic model development,design flood scenario simulation and flood risk assessment.The results can provide technical references for flood simulation and risk assessment in mountain river basins,as well as disaster prevention and mitigation.
