摘要 介绍了高层厂房机械排烟系统的设计案例,总结了高大空间场所的热释放速率的选取确认步骤,分析了烟层平均温度影响因素及不同火灾热释放速率下满足烟层平均温度不超过280℃下的最小设计清晰高度.研究了有无天花情况下不同净高场所的d b与最大允许排烟量的关系,验证了《建筑防烟排烟系统技术标准》附录B是按有天花情况下的最大允许排烟量,供设计者参考。 Introduced the design case of smoke exhaust system in high-rise factory building,summarized the steps of confirming the heat release rate in high space places. Analysed the influencing factors of average temperature in smoke layer,and the minimum design clear height of smoke layer with average temperature not exceeding 280 ℃ can be met under different heat release rates. Studied the relationship between d b and the maximum allowable smoke exhaust volume under different clear height places with or without ceiling,verified that the maximum allowable smoke exhaust volume in Appendix B of the Technical standard for smoke management systems in buildings is under the condition with ceiling,the results are reference for designers.
