电影治疗改善大学生社交回避与苦恼的实践与反思

摘要 近年来,教育部不断强调加强高校心理健康教育的重要性。为帮助大学生切实提高心理健康水平,解决社交回避与苦恼问题,现设计电影治疗方案,招募被试对象,随机分成实验组与对照组,让对照组在观影、讨论、游戏中了解自我,建立良好的人际关系,改善社交回避与苦恼。经过为期八周的训练,实验组在社交回避与苦恼得分上都有了显著的改善,而对照组前后没有显著差异。说明该电影治疗方案有效,具有在高校心理健康教育中应用和推广的价值。 In recent years, the Ministry of Education has continuously emphasized the importance of strengthening mental health education in colleges and universities. In order to help college students effectively improve their mental health and solve social avoidance and distress problems, design film treatment plans, recruit subjects, and randomly divide them into experimental groups and control groups, so that the control group can understand themselves in watching movies, discussing and games, establish good interpersonal relationships, and improve social avoidance and distress. After eight weeks of training, the experimental group improved significantly in social avoidance and distress scores, but there was no significant difference before and after the control group. It shows that the film treatment scheme is effective and has the value of application and promotion in mental health education in colleges and universities.
