摘要
“三孩政策”的全面放开,加剧了我国家庭养育的矛盾。为此,各级政府不断提出发展普惠托育服务体系,这对高职院校的发展提出了新的要求。然而,当前我国高职院校存在师资专业不对口,“双师型”教师不足;教材资源欠缺,职业教育特色不明显等问题。因此,加强师资队伍建设,建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍;开发“双元”新形态一体化教材等,推动高职院校托育服务与管理专业“三教”改革,以此来提高专业的人才质量迫在眉睫。
The full liberalization of the "three child policy" has exacerbated the contradiction of family rearing in China. To this end, governments at all levels continue put forward new requirements for the development of higher vocational colleges. However, at present, China’s higher vocational colleges have mismatched teachers’ majors and insufficient "double qualified" teachers;Lack of teaching material resources and the characteristics of vocational education are not obvious.Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and build a high-quality "double-qualified" teaching staff;It is extremely urgent to develop the "dual" new form integrated teaching materials and promote the "three education" reform of nursery care service and management specialty in higher vocational colleges, so as to improve the quality of professional talents.
