卡前列素氨丁三醇在产后出血防治中的应用效果

Application Effect of Carboprost in Prevention and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇在产后出血防治中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月宜兴市中医医院妇产科收治的胎盘娩出后出血量≥300 mL的产妇94例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产妇出血量、住院时间、产后出血发生率及不良反应发生率。结果:产后2 h、24 h,观察组出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行辅助治疗产妇产后出血,可有效防治产妇产后出血,减少产后出血量,缩短住院时间,有助于促进产妇康复,安全性较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of carboprost in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Ninety-four parturients with placental bleeding≥300 mL after delivery admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin treatment,and the observation group was given carboprost treatment on the basis of control group.The amount of blood loss,length of hospital stay,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At 2 h and 24 h postpartum,the blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of carboprost for auxiliary treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,can effectively prevent and cure postpartum hemorrhage,reduce postpartum bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stay,help promote maternal rehabilitation,with high safety.
