荜铃胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effects of Biling Weitong Granules Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:探讨慢性浅表性胃炎患者应用荜铃胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法干预的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年4月常熟市支塘人民医院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者60例为观察对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予四联疗法干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予荜铃胃痛颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清指标[生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组患者SS水平均升高,GAS、EGF水平均降低,观察组SS水平高于对照组,GAS、EGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性浅表性胃炎患者在常规四联疗法基础上联合荜铃胃痛颗粒治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善血清相关指标,不会增加不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of applying biling weitong granules combined with quadruple therapy intervention in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to Changshu Zhitang People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given quadruple therapy intervention,and the observation group was given biling weitong granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum indexes[growth inhibitory factor(SS),gastrin(GAS),epidermal growth factor(EGF)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,SS levels increased and GAS and EGF levels decreased in both groups.The SS level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the GAS and EGF levels were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The differences were not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combining biling weitong granules with conventional quadruple therapy for patients with chronic superficial gastritis can improve the clinical efficacy and serum-related indexes without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
