超高频超声联合FNA技术在桥本甲状腺炎合并结节中的应用价值

The Value of Ultra High Frequency Ultrasound Combined with FNA Technique in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Combined with Nodules

目的:探讨超高频超声联合超声引导下细针穿刺活检(FNA)技术在桥本甲状腺炎(HT)合并结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2022年5月淄博市第一医院收治的HT合并结节患者150例作为研究对象,所有患者均行超高频超声及FNA技术检查。分析检查结果与诊断效能。结果:150例患者经手术病理检查确定为恶性结节79例,良性结节71例;超高频超声检出恶性结节69例,良性结节81例;超高频超声联合FNA技术检出恶性结节78例,良性结节72例;超高频超声联合FNA技术在HT合并结节良恶性鉴别诊断中灵敏度、准确度及阴性预测值高于单纯超高频超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超高频超声联合FNA技术在HT合并结节诊断中应用价值更高,能够提高诊断灵敏度、准确度,以便于制定针对性治疗方案,改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the value of ultra-high frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy(FNA)technique in the differential diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)combined with nodules.Methods:150 patients with HT combined with nodules admitted to Zibo First Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study population.All patients underwent UHF ultrasound and FNA techniques.The examination results and diagnostic efficacy were analyzed.Results:150 patients were identified as malignant nodules in 79 cases and benign nodules in 71 cases by surgical pathological examination.UHF ultrasound detected malignant nodules in 69 cases and benign nodules in 81 cases.UHF ultrasound combined with FNA technique detected malignant nodules in 78 cases and benign nodules in 72 cases.The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of UHF ultrasound combined with FNA technique in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules combined with HT were higher than those of UHF ultrasound alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:UHF ultrasound combined with FNA technique is more valuable in the diagnosis of HT combined with nodules,which can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis,so as to facilitate the development of targeted treatment plans and improve the prognosis of patients.
