长江流域河湖岸线保护范围划定方法探讨

Delimiting Protection Scope of River and Lake Shorelines in Changjiang River Basin

加强河湖水域岸线管理保护是河湖长制的重要任务,划定河湖岸线保护范围是《中华人民共和国长江保护法》提出的明确要求。通过对现有河湖水域岸线空间有关概念和划定标准梳理分析,针对河湖水域岸线不同保护对象和保护目标,将岸线分为4类,提出长江流域各类河湖岸线保护范围划定方法,为长江流域河湖岸线保护范围划定工作提供参考。

It is an essential task of the river and lake chief system to strengthening the management and protection of the shoreline of rivers and lakes.Delimiting the scope of such protection area is a clear requirement made by the Yangtze River Protection Law.We outlined the concepts and delimitation standards of river and lake shoreline space.On this basis,we divided the shoreline into four categories according to different protection objects and protection targets.Most importantly,we put forward the method of delimiting the protection scope of various river and lake shorelines in the Yangtze River Basin to offer a reference.
