摘要
目的探讨间歇性充气加压(IPC)联合热疗对雄性家兔下肢血流动力学变化的影响。方法取健康清洁级雄性新西兰家兔30只,建立髋部术后血液高凝状态的雄性家兔模型。按照随机数字表法将30只雄性家兔模型分为IPC组(行IPC治疗)、热疗组(行40℃热疗治疗)、IPC联合热疗组(行IPC联合40℃热疗治疗),每组10只。在造模前后及治疗后1、5、10 min时,通过彩色多普勒血流成像技术测定左下肢股静脉血流动力学参数。结果(1)血液平均流速、血液峰值流速以及每分钟血流量:3组治疗后1、5、10 min均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且随时间延长呈逐渐下降趋势(P<0.05);治疗后各时间段IPC联合热疗组均明显高于IPC组和热疗组(P<0.05)。(2)血管内径:3组治疗后各时间段比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)心率:治疗后1 min IPC联合热疗组均明显高于IPC组和热疗组(P<0.05);治疗后5、10 min 3组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与IPC和热疗单独应用相比,IPC联合热疗可明显改变家兔下肢血流动力学,可产生更为强烈的扩张血管、改善下肢血液循环作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC)combined with hyperthermia on lower limb hemodynamics change of male rabbits.Methods Thirty healthy and clean male New Zealand rabbits were selected to establish the model of blood hypercoagulability after hip surgery.According to the random number table method,30 male rabbits were divided into IPC group(IPC treatment),hyperthermia group(40℃hyperthermia treatment)and IPC combined with hyperthermia group(IPC combined with 40℃hyperthermia treatment),with 10 rabbits in each group.Before and after modeling and at 1,5 and 10 min after treatment,the venous blood flow parameters of left lower limb were detected by color Doppler ultrasound.Results(1)Mean flow velocity,peak flow velocity and blood flow per minute:at 1,5 and 10 min after treatment,which were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were gradually decreased with time progress(P<0.05).IPC combined with hyperthermia group were significantly higher than IPC group and hyperthermia group at various time periods after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Vascular inner diameter:there was no statistical significance among the three groups at each time after treatment(P>0.05).(3)Heart rate:at 1 min after treatment,IPC combined with hyperthermia group was significantly higher than IPC group and hyperthermia group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference among 3 groups at 5,10 min after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with IPC and hyperthermia alone,IPC combined with hyperthermia can significantly change the hemodynamics of lower limb in rabbits,and can produce more intense vasodilation and improve the lower limb blood circulation.
