摘要
重金属镉(Cd)分布广泛,剧毒,具有致癌、诱变、基因毒性和免疫毒性作用,镉暴露给人体健康带来严重威胁。本文综述镉的来源、形态、检测方法、分布特征、暴露途径及其健康风险评价等研究进展,为镉的健康风险防范和科学干预提供科学依据。
The heavy metal cadmium(Cd)is widely distributed and highly toxic.It has carcinogenic,mutagenic,genotoxic and immunotoxic effects.The exposure of Cd poses serious threat to human health.This paper reviews the progress of source,form,detection method,distribution property,exposure pathway of Cd and the health risk assessment of Cd,which lays scientific basis for the health risk prevention and scientific intervention of cadmium.
