All-Member Tutorial System: Value Position and Path Choice

摘要 2020年,上海市开始在中小学启动“全员导师制”的探索和实践,旨在提升全体教师的育人意识和育人能力,推动教师人人成为学生全面发展和健康成长的指导者,建立和完善基础教育学生发展指导制度,构筑现代学校治理体系和学生身心健康守护网。上海市甘泉外国语中学在实施全员导师制中形成了以下五个校本策略:一是明确功能定位,多元主体合力;二是满足学生需求,实现有效配对;三是关注生命体验,促进师生关系;四是创新工作机制,持续增效赋能;五是注重融合建构,彰显学校特色。 In 2020, Shanghai began to launch the exploration and practice of "all-member tutorial system" in primary and secondary schools, aiming at improving the education awareness and ability of all teachers, promoting all teachers to become guides for the comprehensive development and healthy growth of students, establishing and improving the guidance system for the development of students in basic education, and building a modern school governance system and a guardian network for students’ physical and mental health. Shanghai Ganquan Foreign Languages Middle School has formed the following five school-based strategies in the implementation of the all-member tutorial system. First, make clear the functional positioning and integrate multiple main forces. Second, meet the needs of students and achieve effective matching. Third, pay attention to life experience and promote teacher-student relationship. Fourth,innovate the working mechanism and continuously increase efficiency and empower. Fifth, focus on integration and construction to highlight school characteristics.
