全员导师制背景下基于“好朋友老师”的育人实践 被引量:1

The "Good Friend Teacher" Educating Practice Under the Background of Implementing All-Member Tutorial System

摘要 上海市黄浦区蓬莱路第二小学于2020年参加全市中小学全员导师制首批试点,率先在小学阶段将“导师”称作“好朋友老师”,彰显导师“良师益友”的特定身份内涵,更好地适应小学阶段学生的认知规律和身心发展特点。学校积极探索创新全员导师制的工作模式,践行“四导”赋能学生成长,同步打造“好朋友老师”的信息化管理平台,有效提高导师的育人工作效能,助力导师全方位关心关爱和指导学生。 The Second Primary School of Penglai Road in Huangpu District of Shanghai, participated in the first pilot of the whole city’s primary and secondary school tutorial system in 2020, and was to the first to call the tutor "good friend teacher" in the primary school to highlight the specific identity of the tutor as "good teacher and helpful friend", and better adapt to the cognitive law and physical and mental development characteristics of the students in the primary school stage to implement the all-member tutorial system. The school has actively explored and innovated the working mode of the all-member tutorial system, implemented the "four guides" to enable students to grow, and simultaneously created an information management platform of "good friend teacher", which has effectively improved the effectiveness of the tutors’ educating work, and helped carry out allround care and development guidance for students.
