摘要
教育本质上是一种关系存在。教育的意义、价值、功能只有在关系中才能获得体现。教育关系的力量来自其自身的平衡与和谐。教育关系始终都在“关系场”中运动,关系的任何改变都会牵动其他关系的变迁。心因关系对于教育中的人格关系和人格化关系具有特别的实践意义。教育中的核心关系如师生关系、教学关系、义利关系、道术关系、家校关系以及有着特殊“身份”的精神关系和治理关系直接决定教育的品质,它们因而成为教育关系平衡、调适和重构的主要内容和着力点。
Education is essentially a relational existence. The significance, value and function of education can only be reflected in the relationship. The power of educational relationship comes from its own balance and harmony. The educational relationship always moves in the "relationship field", and any change in the relationship will affect the changes of other relationships. The psychogenic relationship has special practical significance for the personality relationship and personification relationship in education.The core relationships in education, such as teacher-student relationship, teaching relationship, justice and benefit relationship, home school relationship, and the spiritual relationship and governance relationship with special "identity", directly determine the quality of education. Therefore, they become the main content and focus of the balance, adjustment and reconstruction of educational relationship.
