胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊治研究进展

Research progress in diagnosis and management of pancreatic cystic neoplasms

随着胰腺囊性肿瘤(PCN)的检出率越来越高,其诊断、治疗和随访的问题备受关注。PCN分类复杂、病种繁多,大部分为良性病变,但部分PCN存在恶性进展可能,如早期发现并加以干预,整体预后较好。尽管目前诊断技术有很大发展,相关指南也不断更新,但因缺乏高质量循证医学证据支持,且在实际临床诊治过程中各医疗中心的诊治水平不一,所以PCN的诊断、手术指征的把握及随访还存在诸多问题和争议。未来研究需权衡干预不足和过度医疗的问题,以实现PCN的个体化和规范化诊治。

With the ever-increasing detection rate of pancreatic cystic neoplasms(PCN),the problems of diagnosis,treatment,and surveillance have attracted much attention.PCN is a general term for a large and complicated pathological classification.Although most are benign,some can develop into invasive pancreatic cancer.Early detection and intervention can promise a relatively satisfactory overall prognosis.Despite the tremendous advancement in diagnostic techniques at present and the constant update of relevant guidelines,many issues and controversies surrounding PCN’s diagnosis,surgical indications,and surveillance still persist due to the lack of high-quality evidence-based medicine and the great discrepancies in practical clinical treatment competencies among different medical centers.In the future,the issues of insufficient intervention and over-treatment need to be balanced to realize individualized and standardized management.
