网络团体认知行为疗法对患者胃镜检查前焦虑、检查配合度的影响

Influence of online group cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety andexamination cooperation in patients before gastroscopy

目的:探索和分析网络团体认知行为疗法对消化内科患者胃镜检查前焦虑、检查配合度的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月本院消化内科收治的94例接受胃镜检查的患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施进行干预,观察组则在对照组基础上添加网络团体认知行为疗法进行干预。评估并对比患者焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分值和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分值,计算检查总配合率、不良症状总发生率值。结果:干预后,两组患者的焦虑SAS评分值、抑郁SDS评分值明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的检查总配合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良症状总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科患者胃镜检查前给予网络团体认知行为疗法可以较好的缓解患者的焦虑情绪、提高患者的检查配合度、减少由于胃镜导致的不良症状的发生,推广应用前景良好。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of online group cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety and examination cooperation in gastroenterology patients before gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 94 patients who received gastroscopy from May 2021 to May 2022 in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were intervened with network group cognitive behavior therapy on the basis of the control group.The Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of anxiety and the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of depression were evaluated and compared,and the total cooperation rate of examination and the total incidence of adverse symptoms were calculated.Results:After intervention,the SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total cooperation rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The online group cognitive behavioral therapy for gastroenterology patients before gastroscopy can better relieve the anxiety of the patients and can better improve the patients'cooperation in the examination,reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms caused by gastroscopy,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
