超低频复合生理频率慢性电刺激对慢阻肺患者动脉血气水平、肺功能及生命质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超低频复合生理频率慢性电刺激对慢阻肺患者动脉血气水平、肺功能及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年2月期间我科收治的93例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为单纯组(n=46)和复合组(n=47)。对比两组患者动脉血气分析、肺功能、生命质量。结果:干预20d后,复合组的动脉血二氧化碳分压(Partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO_(2))低于单纯组,血氧分压(Partial pressure of oxygen,PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(Oxygen saturation,SaO_(2))高于单纯组(P<0.05)。复合组的用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、第1秒呼气的最大容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气中期流量(Maximal mid-expiratory flow,MMEF)大于单纯组(P<0.05)。复合组的慢阻肺评估测试量表(COPD assessment test,CAT)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(St George's Respiratory Questionnaire,SGRQ)得分均低于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论:在生理频率慢性电刺激基础上复合超低频电刺激治疗发现,可显著改善慢阻肺患者的肺功能,促进其血气复常,从而缓解机体的缺氧状态,并能显著改善患者的生命质量。 Objective:To investigate the effects of chronic electrical stimulation with ultra-low frequency and physiological frequency on arterial blood gas level,pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:From January 2020 to February 2022,93 patients with COPD in our department were randomly divided into simple group and compound group.46 patients in the simple group were given simple physiological frequency(40 Hz)electrical stimulation and 47 patients in the compound group were given ultra-low frequency(2.5 Hz)compound physiological frequency(40 Hz)chronic electrical stimulation.The arterial blood gas analysis,pulmonary function and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After 20 days of intervention,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in the compound group was lower than that in the simple group,while the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))in the compound group were higher than those in the simple group(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,and maximum mid expiratory flow(MMEF)in the composite group were higher than those in the simple group(P<0.05).The scores of COPD assessment test(CAT)and St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in the composite group were lower than those in the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the physiological frequency chronic electrical stimulation combined with ultra-low frequency electrical stimulation,it can significantly improve the lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,promote their blood gas normalization,thus alleviating the hypoxia state of the body,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
