经颅直流电刺激对老年帕金森病患者运动功能、心理状态及血清神经递质的影响

Effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on motor function,psychological state, and serum neurotransmitters in elderly patients withParkinson's disease

目的:老年帕金森病患者应用经颅直流电刺激对运动功能、心理状态及血清神经递质的影响。方法:选取我院神经内科2020年12月至2021年12月期间收治的91例老年帕金森病患者为研究对象,采用抽签的方法将患者分为两组。对照组45例患者给予普拉克索片0.25 mg,2 w后调整为1.0 mg Tid进行治疗;观察组46例患者在对照组基础上增加经颅直流电刺激治疗(电流强度2 mA,Qd)。4 w后,采用帕金森病评分-Ⅲ量表(Parkinson's disease score-Ⅲ,UPDRS-Ⅲ)评分、Berg评分量表(Berg scale,BBS)评分检测运动功能;采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton's depression scale,HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分检测心理状态;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)等血清神经递质水平。结果:观察组BBS评分高于对照组,UPDRS-Ⅲ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组5-HT、NE、DA水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经颅直流电刺激联合普拉克索片能够有效提高老年帕金森病患者运动功能,改善心理状态及血清神经递质水平,具备较高的临床推广价值。

Objective:To study the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on motor function,psychological state,and serum neurotransmitters in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 91 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots.Forty-five patients in the control group were treated with pramipexole tablets 0.25 mg,which was adjusted to 1.0 mg Tid after 2 w.Forty-six patients in the observation group were treated with transcranial direct current stimulation(Qd)on the basis of control group,and the current intensity was 2 mA.After 4 weeks,motor function was detected by Parkinson's disease score-ⅲ(UPDRS-Ⅲ)score and Berg scale(BBS)score.Hamilton's depression scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton’s anxiety scale(HAMA)score were used to detect the psychological state.Serum neurotransmitters such as 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Norepinephrine(NE),and Dopamine(DA)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the UPDRS-Ⅲscore was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of 5-HT,NE,and DA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with pramipexole tablets can effectively improve motor function,mental state,and serum neurotransmitter levels in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease,which has high clinical promotion value.
