摘要
为研究喷吹总面积相同的条缝式喷吹孔与密集圆孔式喷吹孔对扁式滤筒除尘效果的影响,以侧壁压力峰值为主要技术指标分析在不同工况条件下条缝型喷吹孔和密集圆孔对扁式滤筒的清灰性能影响。结果表明:两缝喷吹孔(2×99 mm)、五缝喷吹孔(2×40 mm)在滤筒上部的非正对喷吹孔,压力峰值都无法达到有效清灰强度;在0.2MPa的喷吹压力下,三缝喷吹孔(2×66 mm)优于四缝喷吹孔(2×50 mm),使滤筒底部得到较大压力峰值,可解决扁式方框滤筒下部积灰的严重问题。密集圆孔(88×φ2.4 mm)的喷吹气流主要作用于滤筒上部,在0.1 MPa喷吹压力下,即可实现整体均匀清灰的效果,并可解决扁式方框滤筒上部清灰死角的棘手问题。最优喷吹距离均为20 mm。研究结果对提高扁式方框滤筒在工业中的生产和除尘效率工程实践具有指导意义。
In order to study the influence of slot type injection holes and dense round hole type injection holes with the same total injection area on the dust removal effect of flat filter cartridges,the experiment analyzed the influence of slot type injection holes and dense round holes on the dust removal performance of flat filter cartridges under different working conditions,taking the peak value of side wall pressure as the main technical index.The results show that:Two seam blowing hole(2×99 mm),five seam injection hole(2×40 mm),the pressure peak value of the non opposite injection hole on the upper part of the filter cartridge can’t reach the effective ash removal strength;Under the injection pressure of 0.2 MPa,the three seam injection hole(2×66 mm) is better than four seam injection hole(2×50 mm),so that the bottom of the filter cartridge can get a larger pressure peak,which can solve the serious problem of ash deposition at the lower part of the flat square filter cartridge.Dense round holes(88×φ2.4 mm) is mainly applied to the upper part of the filter cartridge.Under the injection pressure of 0.1 MPa,the overall uniform dust removal effect can be achieved,and the thorny problem of dust removal dead angle on the upper part of the flat square filter cartridge can be solved.This research is of great significance to improve the production and dust removal efficiency of flat square filter cartridge in industry.
