低碳背景下的环境监测与保护策略研究

近年来,为有效解决全球气候变暖的问题,世界各国已经开始重点落实低碳经济发展的制度和政策。我国在国际低碳发展的浪潮下,也开始重点以提升能源利用率、减少工业废气和废物排放量、保护生态环境为目标,大力落实低碳环保的政策,因而在低碳的背景下合理进行环境监测和保护势在必行。基于此,本文分析低碳经济的特点,提出低碳背景下环境监测和保护的措施,旨在为促进环境的有效监测和保护提供助力。

In recent years, in order to effectively solve the problem of global warming, countries have started to focus on the implementation of low carbon economic development system and policy. Our country in the wave of international low carbon development, also began to focus on improving energy efficiency, reduce industrial waste gas and waste emissions, protect the ecological environment as the goal, vigorously implement the policy of low carbon environmental protection. It is imperative to carry out reasonable environmental monitoring and protection under the background of low carbon. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of low carbon economy and puts forward measures for environmental monitoring and protection under the background of low carbon, in order to promote the effective monitoring and protection of the environment.
