大气监测在城市环保治理中的实用价值及对策探析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,高质量发展已经成为我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。大力推进生态文明建设,使我们的天更蓝、山更绿、水更清已成为前进发展的共识。大气污染治理在城市环境保护中具有举足轻重的地位,近年来,大气污染防治攻坚战不断向纵深推进,因而提升空气质量,转变产业发展方式迫在眉睫。开展精准有效的大气监测并采集数据对于大气污染的科学治理具有积极的意义。本文以山东省济南市科学开展大气监测为切入点,阐述了大气监测技术在环保治理中的重要性。通过运用量子雷达、无人机载体等技术手段,实现人防和技防相结合,并从合理设置监测点、强化管理措施、加大技术支持、政府部门从严监管要求等方面,提出了改善大气质量的相关对策,实现环境和发展的双驾并驱前行。 In recent years,high-quality development has become the primary task for the country to build a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization to make our sky bluer,mountains greener and water clearer has become the consensus for development.Air pollution control plays important role in urban environmental protection.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the air pollution prevention and control battle has been advancing in depth to improve air quality and enable people to enjoy a clean and green environment.It is not only an ecological defense war,but also a revolution to change ideas and industrial development mode.It is of positive significance to carry out accurate and effective air monitoring and data collection for the scientific treatment of air pollution and the remedy to the case.In this paper,the importance of atmospheric monitoring technology in environmental protection governance is expounded by taking scientific atmospheric monitoring as key point,and relevant countermeasures to improve atmospheric quality proposed from the aspects of reasonable setting of monitoring points,strengthening management measures,increasing technical support,and strict regulatory requirements government departments,so as to realize the dual drive of environment and development.
