摘要
本项目采用混凝沉淀/砂滤炭滤/超滤/两级RO/MVR蒸发工艺处理蚀刻后清洗废水,该废水酸性强、腐蚀性强,废水设备需要采用耐受性材质。废水中含有部分双氧水,需加还原剂去除。经联合工艺处理后的废水能达标回用,且能满足厂方回用要求,水质稳定。工程运行期间,整体运行效果较好,采用MVR蒸发器也能较好地节约运行成本。
This project adopts the coagulation sedimentation/sand filter and carbon filter/ultrafiltration/two-stage RO/MVR evaporation process to treat the cleaning wastewater after etching.The wastewater is highly acidic and corrosive,and the wastewater equipment needs to be made of resistant material.The wastewater contains some hydrogen peroxide,which needs to be removed by reducing agent.The wastewater treated by the combined process can be reused according to the standard,and can meet the reuse requirements of the factory side,and the water quality is stable.During the operation of the project,the overall operation effect is good,and the MVR evaporator can also save the operation cost better.
